Chez Dédou & Madou
Here, the walls remember.
A whole family has laughed, loved and shared under this roof.
Now it's your turn to unpack your bags.
Welcome
The home you always come back to
Florensac, in the heart of Occitania
The whole village called them Dédou and Madou. Their house on Boulevard Victor Hugo was the door that was always open, the table that always had room for one more, the chilled rosé and the sing-song accent.
Today, Florence, their daughter, carries on this tradition of hospitality. She welcomes you with the same warmth, the same generosity, and that special way she has of making you feel at home before you've even set your bag down.

Our heritage
Several generations, one way of living
Dédou and Madou, that's what everyone called them. Their house on the boulevard was the beating heart of the neighbourhood. You walked in without knocking and left with a full belly and a light heart.
Several generations grew up within these walls: the children learned to walk on the terracotta tiles in the living room, the grandchildren played in the courtyard in the shade of the old chestnut tree.
